1.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on phdream1. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phdream1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream1 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. phdream1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
2.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify phdream1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. phdream1 will take reasonable steps to investigate and address reported security incidents, but cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will not occur.
2.3 Account Ownership. Your phdream1 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account suspension.
2.4 Accurate Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your personal details, including your registered mobile number or bank account information, must be submitted through the official account management process and may require re-verification.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdream1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phdream1's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phdream1 is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts in good standing are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. phdream1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited on phdream1 must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. phdream1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
3.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on phdream1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phdream1 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phdream1 is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. phdream1 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
4.2 Random Number Generation. All games on phdream1 that involve an element of chance utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by phdream1 or any player.
4.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, phdream1 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant wager amounts to the player's account balance. phdream1 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
4.4 Disputed Results. The decision of phdream1 on disputed game results is final.

General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing. phdream1 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
